Refund & Return Policy β€” PickNTrust

Overview
At PickNTrust we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges and refunds for products purchased from store.pickntrust.com. We operate a mixed model: some items are stocked and shipped by PickNTrust (our local inventory), while other items are shipped directly by our partner suppliers (dropshipped). The return process may differ depending on how the item is fulfilled; details are shown on each product page.


1. Return window

  • Domestic (India) β€” Standard items: You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Dropshipped items: For items shipped by partner suppliers, the return request must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery. Some supplier items may require additional processing time β€” check the product page.

  • European Union: You have the statutory right to cancel or return within 5 days as described below.

(Note: returns must be requested first β€” items returned without prior approval may be refused.)


2. How to start a return

  1. Contact us within the return window at support@pickntrust.comΒ (or call 9898892198) with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.

  2. We will evaluate your request and, where applicable, issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label or instructions. Do not ship items back without prior approval.


3. Return shipping costs

  • Defective / Wrong / Damaged items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. For items stocked by PickNTrust we may offer subsidized return shipping in certain cases β€” contact us.

  • International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs, duties and taxes unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Return address

  • For returns approved by PickNTrust, we will provide the correct return address and instructions in your authorization email. For items shipped from our local warehouse, returns should be sent to:

  • For drop shipped items, you may be asked to return to a partner facility or to our local returns center β€” we will specify in the return authorization.


5. Condition of returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging (where applicable). You may be required to provide proof of purchase.


6. Non-returnable items / exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective): perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, opened personal care goods, hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Damages, defects and wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery atΒ support@pickntrust.comΒ with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate and offer a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the situation.


8. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color or model, please return the original item for a refund (or get an exchange if available) and place a new order for the replacement. For exchanges we may cover shipping in case of our error or defect; otherwise exchange shipping costs apply.


9. Refund processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for banks/card issuers to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at support@pickntrust.com.


10. International orders, customs & duties

For international orders, any customs, duties or import taxes charged on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
